Health And Safety

When we are filming we should insure that we take into consideration health and safety of all the cast and crew. An example of a health and safety that we may need to consider when filming is that we don't shine hard light onto the actor as it may result into a strain on the eye.

When we are recording we need to take into consideration that no electrical equipment goes near water in one of our scene. In addition when walking past the water we must take into consideration that we do not slip on the water and cause an accident. 

When looking into Health and Safety into our production
I came upon this website showing what we must consider.

I also discovered a flow diagram to show the different responsibility of different members in the production crew. 

Logos

Warner Bros is a broad-based entertainment company and one of the most famous production and distribution company. They have had various logos over the past years and this is one of its current ones.

Universal is also one of the top production company in Hollywood. This is one of the first CGI  version of the logo where light emerges from the globe.

This is another well known production company who have produced "The Proposal 2009" and "Need for Speed 2014".

Vertigo is a Uk independent production company. As we can see the production company logo is not animated unlike the big Hollywood production company. 

Our Production logo is more likely to be a Uk independent logo as it is not animated. We were inspired by Vertigo films in the creation of our production logo in terms of the bold white writing.

Group Pitch/Audience Feedback

From our pitch we used the following: we kept the original concept of our film which was the idea but chose to narrow it down to the idea of our protagonist doing something simple such as shaving which is something we had planned to do from the start but only intended to show briefly. We also followed the idea of having hints that he is a lonely man who is looking for a lady throughout our opening. In conclusion we took the audience feedback on board and used some of their ideas in our opening.

GROUP PITCH
Theres a game 100 girls, 100 days to live. In our opening we planned to show that he just killed her and she's lying in the bath dead and you see the blood flowing down the drain and basically takes place in a bathroom with low key lighting and we see him at the sink looking in the mirror just like doing something casual not even paying attention the the girl such as just shaving with blood on his hands so he's just actually committed the crime and he's shaving so its like natural so yeah he has 86 days to live obv cause hes killed 14 girls already so obv he's got 86 more to go but i think the intro is about this girl he just killed in the bathroom. so music wise were gonna have something slow and seductive so its gonna be kinda romantic with a little twist on it so we're gonna make it sound kind of horrorish and that will be playing in the background.

Camera work - Its gonna sort of show a girl on the floor it might be a close up maybe and it might sort of zoom out, its kinda like breaking bad how it will sort of pan around the room and through a window it might reveal things about the man, hes like a psycho so you might see medication maybe stuff like that maybe a picture of a woman and that again might conform to a typical thriller leaving the audience with a lot of questions to ask.

Because it's a monologue he talks about how it's basically about the thoughts going through his head and the last line of it is that his eyes are getting darker after every murder he comits and we will end be zoom into his

We had the idea of perhaps showing a girl in the bath which our protagonist would have just murdered.

Likes the idea of 'C' as the title which we later changed to simply 'HUNDRED'

Unless you take the bathroom as the idea of a flashback

Is 100 girls 100 days realistic, we suggested that the character would be a really attractive guy that get women.

Information gathered

-A typical audience member that would want to watch our film would range between 14-48 years old. -This is clearly a broad age range but this shows the attraction of thriller movies to the variety of different people.
-Our audience member would usually shop at Tesco for groceries however when it comes to clothes if male they'd typically shop at SuperDry,Primark or Hollister and if female they would typically shop at Zara, Topshop or River Island.
-If male they would enjoy rock or disco music. If female they would tend to enjoy pop music.
-In their spare time they enjoy sports like rugby, running and football male or female.
